Welcome to the VEFF log submission service. We accept logs for POTA and WWFF activations from Canadian reference areas.

Before uploading:

  • Ensure your log is in ADIF (.adi) format
  • Verify your reference numbers are correct
  • Check that date/time formats are consistent
  • There are no minimum QSOs required
  • Include your callsign in the filename

Upload Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form to the right
  2. Select your ADIF file
  3. Submit

Processing Time:

  • Logs are typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • Check submission status at https://wwff.co/logsearch/
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your logs are processed

By submitting logs, you confirm that all information is accurate and complies with VEFF program rules.
